2 Tiny Tweaks I Secretly Use to 2X Sales Page Conversions — Every. Single. Time.
You don’t need a new funnel — just fix the two spots that matter most.
Most people try to fix the wrong part of their funnel.
They’ll rebuild the whole page. Change the layout. Rewrite every paragraph.
And they still don’t get better results.
Let me tell you why.
You’ve got traffic.
You’ve got a great offer.
But… your conversions are stuck.
You tweak the font. Move the button. Add testimonials.
Still stuck.
Here’s what most solopreneurs, coaches, and creators miss:
People don’t read your page. They scan the first thing — and bounce.
There are only 2 moments that decide if someone stays or leaves:
The headline
The first 5 seconds of your video
That’s it.
Miss either one, and you lose them — before your amazing copy even gets a chance.
All those late nights? Wasted—just because you didn’t hook them right at the start.
I learned this the hard way… until I read this…
David Ogilvy quote that slapped me in the face:
“On average, five times as many people read the headline as read the body copy.
When you have written your headline, you have spent eighty cents out of your dollar.”
Mic drop.
Here’s the one-line harsh truth:
The *headline* and the *video hook* are the gatekeepers of your funnel. If they don’t attract, nothing else matters.
The 2 Tiny Tweaks I Use to Double Sales Page Conversions Every Time
Tweak 1: Always split test your headline.
One sentence.
Massive leverage.
I test two versions at all times.
Keep the winner. Kill the loser.
Then test again.
This one move has doubled conversions of my (and clients) sales page more times than I can count.
Seriously!!!!
Tweak 2: Test the first 5–10 seconds of your video.
Treat this opening line like it’s your last shot to keep them engaged.
Same offer. Same script.
I just test different opening hooks.
“Let me guess…”
“If you’ve tried X and still failed…”
“Most people screw this up…”
Something that stops the scroll and makes them say, “Wait, I need to hear this.”
Make 3–5 quick variations.
One always outperforms the rest.
That hook either pulls them in… or pushes them out.
That’s it.
Bottom Line
You don’t need to rebuild your entire sales page or funnel.
You don’t need to rewrite everything.
Just fix the two parts everyone sees first:
The headline
The hook
Most times, that’s enough to double conversions within 2–3 weeks.
If you do one thing for your next sales page, make it this: Test your headline and your video’s first seconds.
Simple. Powerful. Proven.
Start there.
Because the sale doesn’t start where you think. It starts with the first line they read or hear.
